Our founder, Joel Fink, has spent nearly 30 years pushing the boundaries of chocolate and has funneled his passion to create the Planet’s Best Chocolate™.  Joel created our signature Blue Planet Chocolate blend of 72% cocoa dark chocolate so that it would have an extra smooth flavor but none of the bitterness. We love to pair this delicious chocolate with some of the globe's most unique superfoods, like Chia, Blueberries, and Baobab. We hope you love it as much as we do!
