Cocoa nibs aka cacao nibs are high in fiber and high in flavanols, the powerful antioxidants.  The super crunchiness and slightly bitter flavor of the nibs match perfectly with the smooth never-bitter flavor of our signature 72% dark Blue Planet Chocolate blend to create a complex and sophisticated flavor.
